Why This Page Exists
Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, every e-commerce entity operating in India must appoint a Grievance Officer — a resident Indian — and publish their contact details. If you have a complaint about a product, an order, or this Website, you can reach them directly rather than going through general support.
Our Commitment
- We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours of receipt.
- We work to resolve every complaint within one month of receipt, as required under the E-Commerce Rules, 2020.
If You're Not Satisfied
If your complaint isn't resolved to your satisfaction, you can escalate it to the National Consumer Helpline (1915, or 1800-11-4000, or via the INGRAM/Jagriti portal), or file with the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission — District (claims up to ₹50 lakh), State (₹50 lakh–₹2 crore), or National (above ₹2 crore) — based on your claim's value.
