• Transaction data — order details; full payment card/UPI credentials are collected and processed directly by Razorpay, never stored on our servers.

• To process and fulfil orders, including sharing your name, address, and phone number with our courier partners.

• Razorpay, to complete payments securely.
• Courier and logistics partners, solely to deliver your order.
• Service providers who help operate the Website — hosting, database, and email infrastructure — bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Government authorities or law enforcement, only where required by Indian law or valid legal process.

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law — for example, invoicing records under GST law are typically retained 6–8 years. You may request deletion of your account data at any time, as described in "Your Rights" below.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), hashed password storage, restricted internal access — consistent with the IT (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules, 2011.
