These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website ("Website") and any order you place with Oudaan Fragrances ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you ("you", "customer") agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping and Return policies, each incorporated here by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this Website.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
• You represent that all information you provide — name, shipping address, contact details, payment information — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

• All products — attars, oud oils, eau de parfum, bakhoor, and gift sets — are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue a product, or decline an order at our discretion, including where fraud or bulk reselling is suspected.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. The total shown at checkout, including shipping, is the full amount payable — no charges are added after you place the order.
• Minor variation in colour, scent intensity, or packaging is natural in traditionally cured, small-batch attars and bakhoor, and is not considered a defect.

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. A contract of sale forms only once we confirm dispatch — not at the point of payment.
• Payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. We never store your full card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our own servers.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorised payment use, with any amount charged refunded to the original payment method.

The Oudaan Fragrances name, logo, calligraphic mark, product formulations, photography, and all content on this Website belong to us and are protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

• By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and reuse it on the Website and in our marketing.
• Reviews must be genuine and based on an actual purchase or experience. We moderate and may remove reviews that are unlawful, defamatory, or misleading.
• We do not manipulate, fabricate, or pay for reviews — manipulating reviews is treated as an unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose; attempt unauthorised access to our systems; scrape or resell our catalogue or pricing data; interfere with the Website's security features; or upload harmful code.

To the extent permitted by Indian law, Oudaan Fragrances is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or products purchased through it — except where liability arises from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or as provided under Chapter VI (Product Liability) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which remains unaffected by this clause.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the jurisdictional thresholds under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Alwar, Rajasthan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
